PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an enjoyable speech even from a 3rd party and to provide convenience for a user to recognize the arrival of an incoming call by inducing an electromagnetic wave, which is emitted from an antenna section at the arrival of an incoming call or during a speech, into a light emitting device such as an LED so as to activate it with a vary small electromotive force and mounting the light emitting element onto a rear side of a mobile phone or the like on which a log or a character or the like is stuck. SOLUTION: A light emitting element that informs user of the arrival of an incoming call and a speech state by means of light is placed in the inside of a logo or a character seal used for a mobile phone or the like. An electromagnetic wave emitted from an antenna of the mobile phone at the arrival of an incoming call or during a speech is induced into an induction coil 3b that is provided on a printed circuit board 3d of a logo and character seal main body 2 and generates an electromotive force. A diode rectifies the induced current into a DC fed to the LED 3a, which is lighted. The LED 3a is uniformly lit via a light guide member 3e from a rear side of a logo.character section 2a.
