PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make obtainable reference data at the time of setting a working condition at the time of preparing an NC working program by efficiently storing and using work results. SOLUTION: In this working condition evaluating and verifying method, a shape data file 2, an NC working program 3, a cutting force data file 4, and a shape error data file 5 are stored in a result data storing region 1a of a work result data base, and the data of the pertinent files 2-5 selected by an inquiry model are displayed on the screen of an operation terminal 10, and at the time of preparing the NC program 3a, a working requirement 46 is inputted to the operation terminal 10, and attitude information 47 of the NC working program 3a to be worked is calculated, and inquiry to a working condition totaling table 18 is performed by using them as retrieval keys, and the inquiry result is calculated by a statistical model 48, and the working condition 49 such as feeding speed is displayed on the screen of the operation terminal 10 as a statistic.
