PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens capable of adjusting inclination and decentering without changing the distance between a first lens and a second lens, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has a process for installing a first lens 10 on a first holder 12, a process for adjusting an angle formed by an optical axis of the second lens 11 relative to an optical axis of the first lens 10 by sliding the second lens 11 on a spherical surface 13a, and for installing the second lens 11 on a second holder 13 so that the angle becomes zero, a process for bringing a first surface 12b into contact with a second surface 13b, a process for executing decentering adjustment by squaring the optical axis of the first lens 10 with the optical axis of the second lens 11 by sliding the second holder 13 relative to the first holder 12 in the state where the first surface 12b is brought into contact with the second surface 13b, and a process for fixing the second holder 13 which is given the decentering adjustment, to the first holder 12. |
