PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video camera device for efficiently processing a video by removing the time deviation of a video output, and preventing the picture disturbance of a video. SOLUTION: An optic/electric signal converting means 11 converts the video of an optical signal transmitted from an optical transmitting video camera 1 into video data D of an electric signal. A video abnormality detecting means 12 detects video abnormality at the time of receiving the video of the optical signal. A video data storing means 13 stores the video data D. A video data outputting means 14 outputs the video data D which are not stored in the video data storing means 13 when any video abnormality is not detected, and the video data outputting means 14 reads and outputs the video data D stored in the video data storing means 13 when any video abnormality is detected. |
