PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent client information from being known when entire document contents are disclosed to the worker of data entry concerning a data entry system for inputting the data of respective data items on the basis of document image data. SOLUTION: A business shop terminal 10 reads information of a document and defines it as image data. A document image dividing processing part 21 divides these document image data into the item image data corresponding to respective items. The work of a service function group 22 is performed by a data entry terminal 31, a mark terminal 32 and a data verify terminal 33 and the divided item image data by items are collected, successively inputted, verified and marked. In entry data merging processing 23, the verified item data are merged into original document unit and returned to the business shop 1 or transmitted to a host computer 4. |
