摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sensor output from during and achieve initial stability by exposing a gas sensor consisting of a solid electrolyte, a pair of electrodes, a gas permselective body, an adhesive, and a catalyst to an atmosphere containing carbon monoxide equivalent to combustion exhaust gas and oxygen for aging. SOLUTION: An adhesive material 8 with gas where a thermal coefficient of expansion is 10×10-6/ deg.C and a transition point exceeds approximately 500 deg.C is printed around electrodes 2a and 2b being formed at a solid electrolyte 1, a gas permeselective body 7 is laminated before a solvent contained in the adhesive material 8 is gasified and is heated at approximately 150 deg.C for approximately 30 minutes, and then is heated at approximately 400 deg.C for 60 minutes using a burning furnace while applying a load, and is heated at approximately 950 deg.C for approximately 20 minutes. By laminating the gas permeselective body 7 before the solvent contained in an adhesive 8 is gasified, the adhesive 8 can fully wet the gas permeselective body 7 and hence can securely join the solid electrolyte 1 and the permeselective body 7, thus preventing sulfur dioxide from entering from a gap and improving durability as the gas sensor.
