<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitting and receiving device of a pneumatic facility that can safely and securely carry out the transmitting and receiving work in sampling even under a high-level radioactive atmosphere where workers must not enter. SOLUTION: This device has a horizontal supporting plate 2 for supporting a pneumatic pipe 1 in a pneumatic facility with an end of the pipe 1 directed downward, a and receiving device 3 with a communication hole 11 that communicates with the end of the pneumatic pipe 1, a lever 4 for attaching the transmitting and receiving device 3 to and detaching it from the horizontal supporting plate 2 and an insertion and detachment mechanism 6 for inserting a sampling container 5 that is pneumatically transported in the pneumatic pipe 1 into a communicating hole 11 of the transmitting and receiving device 3 and detaching the container 5 from the hole 11. This enables the detachment and attachment of the transmitting and receiving device 3 and the transmitting and receiving work on the sampling container 5 through the remote control by a manipulator, so that the pneumatic transportation of sampling can be carried out securely even under a high-level radioactive atmosphere where workers must not enter.</p> |
