<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a congestion state in a CPU in the AAL by reading a count of a counter by a congestion monitor task with the highest priority and a basic time calculation task (resident task) with a lower priority repeating looping for a prescribed time while incrementing the counter by one and limiting a shaping function when a result of multiplying the counts in the resident task exceeds a prescribed value or over. SOLUTION: In the case of one-start processing of looping in the execution of a task B 20, a counter is incremented by one, and then the count of the counter is read in a period task A 10 and cleared within one period, and when the read count exceeds a prescribed value, it is discriminated to be a congestion state, loading from a host device is suppressed and a software program SW 40 executes setting of shaper to an SAR-LSI 50. In the case that a congestion rate exceeds a value having been programmed in advance by a software logic, the software program SW 40 controlling the SAR-LSI 50 increases a setting value that is used to receive data from the host device and is set at present.</p> |
