<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the uniform dispersibility of a charge control material to a resin for a toner, sharp and highly uniform electrifying quantity distribution, the rapid rising time of electrification, the excellent stability of electrification with time, environmental independency, preservation stability and durability and to prevent the adverse effect on the fixing property or the offset characteristic of the toner even at the time of being used for toners having various composition. SOLUTION: The charge control agent contains at least one selected from a group, composed of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a natural water soluble high molecular compound and a synthetic water soluble high molecular compound, and a metallic compound having an aromatic oxycarboxylic acid as a ligand and an electrostatic charge image developing toner contains the charge control material, a coloring agent and a resin.</p> |
