<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a toner for forming a circuit, which is capable of forming a circuit image on a ceramic sheet or the like by applying an image forming device adopting electrophotographic system, is little in fogging or scattering and composed of toner particles each having uniform electrostatic chargeability and has a core/shell structure. SOLUTION: The producing method of the toner for forming circuit has a process for preparing a dispersion, in which a resin particle and a metallic particle are dispersed, a process for obtaining a composite particle, in which the resin particle is stuck on the surface of the metallic particle, by salting out or pH-adjusting the dispersion, a process for heat-treating the composite particle at a temp. ranging±10 deg.C of the glass transition point (Tg) of the resin particle, a process for drying the heat-treated composite particle and a process for smoothing the surface of the composite particle.</p> |
