PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totalize respective layer inspections and to inspect and to decide by previously applying a recognition number to a board, writing inspecting result data of inspected first layer in a data file corresponding to the number, and applying an inspection result corresponding to the data from the first layer after a second and following layers. SOLUTION: At the stage of a core board, an ID number of a recognition number is marked. An inspected result of a circuit pattern of the board is obtained according to the ID number, and a part number, a production lot number and a board number are specified as a board number, and recorded in a circuit pattern inspection result data file of a layer number indicating a surface of the board in a memory 11. Circuit inspecting, inspection result verifying and a build-up layer forming are sequentially repeated according to the ID number, the part number or the like is specified, data are collated, data are recorded, the respective layer results for respective piece circuits are totalized, and its non-defective or defective state is decided. Thus, the respective layer inspections are totalized, and inspected and decided. |
