PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable having a core allowing prevention of a break of its cable with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this cable, when a core 20 is molded of an elastic insulation material such as a resin or rubber with a cable 21 inserted through the core 20, stress dispersion means 22 are simultaneously molded around the cable 21 in both end parts of the core 20. Because the stress dispersion means 22 are formed around the cable 21 in both the end parts of the core 20 when molding the core 20, a break of the cable 21 can be prevented with the simple structure, and only machining of a mold allows manufacture of the core-equipped cable in the same cable manufacturing process as before.
