PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the shape of a wiring hole made in a rear door board so that a cord pulled out from a fluorescent lamp appliance and wired in the rear door of a lighting room is easily fixed without using the fastener of a clamp by one operation. SOLUTION: In the wiring device of a feeding cord for a fluorescent lamp arranged in the lighting room of a rear door, a fluorescent lamp appliance 11 is installed in the inner face of the rear door 5 of the lighting room, the cord 12 of the fluorescent lamp appliance is pulled out to a rear face side through wiring holes 5a in square hole forms, which are opened to the rear board of the rear door, and the cord is wired along the door board. A cord fastening groove 5b obtained by combing a groove hole 5b-1 corresponding to the thickness of the cord and a push groove 5b-2 having a constricted shape connecting the groove hole 5b-1 and the wiring hole 5a is formed as a groove hole-like cord fastening part pushing the cord into the inner edge part of the wiring hole 5a and pushing and supporting the cord and the cord passing through the wiring hole 5a is pushed into the groove hole 5b-1 and is fastened to it so that it cannot be pulled out.
