PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an apparatus body to a small thickness and further to obviate the occurrence of a geometrical distortions, in spite of the movement of an EL plate by using a wire spring or belt-like leaf spring. SOLUTION: A wire spring 1 is placed below an plate. The wire spring 1 and the EL plate are connected at 2 or more points of contact points 2. A knob 3 exists on the flank of the apparatus, and the EL plate is moved and lighted by vertically moving this knob 3. When the contact points of the EL plate and the wire spring 1 come into contact with each other at one central point in this manner, there is a possibility that the EL plate is inclined with the impact and vibration above below the wire spring 1, and therefore, the contact points 2 of the EL plate and the wire spring 1 are previously 2 or larger points, making both stable and obviating the occurrence of the geometric distortion. Since the movement of the EL plate is executed by the repulsive force of the spring, smooth movement is ensured and not only holds the constant application of a load to the EL plate so as to hold its position, even after the movement, but the formation of the apparatus body into a thin type is mode possible as well.
