PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and evaluate a plurality of components in urine of a small amount by a plurality of wavelengths by providing an urine reservoir drive means for rotating an urine reservoir for storing urine to incline the reservoir. SOLUTION: When a user stores a urine in a urine reservoir 53 and instructs to start inspecting from an input/output unit 21, an urine reservoir drive means 22 rotates a urine inspecting nozzle 5 to incline the nozzle 5. A main controller 20 lights a laser beam source 511 having a wavelengthλ1 by a light emitting circuit 23, monitors a photodetecting amount by a photodiode 521 by a photodetecting circuit 24, and calculates an angle of rotation A1 at the wavelengthλ1. Then, the controller 20 rotates the nozzle 5 to an opposite side to incline the nozzle 5, lights the laser beam source having a wavelengthλ2, and calculates an angle of rotation A2 at the wavelengthλ2. Urine sugar and a urine protein concentrations are calculated based on the angles A1, A2, and displayed on the unit 21. Thus, even if the urine amount is not a fragment for satisfying a plurality of optical paths, it can be measured by a plurality of the wavelengths.
