PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire originating point information even if an emergency call like '110' or '119' is accepted by an emergency command board 9. SOLUTION: An operation part 5b is provided under a retrieval command part 5, and a line L2 for data transmission and reception is provided between the retrieval command part 5 and a transmission/reception part 3. When a call from a telephone set 1 is accepted by an emergency command board 9, the operation part 5b is operated, and the retrieval command part 5 acquires caller information from a first line network 2 through the line L2 for data transmission and reception and the transmission/reception part 3 based on the operation of the part 5b and acquires originating point information from a data base 8 through a data retrieval control part 6 and a second line network 7 based on acquired caller information. Acquired caller information and originating point information are displayed on display parts 5a and 5b respectively.
