PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce the generation of abnormality, when a normal radio signal is not inputted to the input edge of the antenna of a tuner. SOLUTION: An outside antenna 1 and an antenna input terminal 2 and a front end 3 and an IF amplifier circuit 4 and an IF detector circuit 5 are successively connected so that a voice signal can be obtained. A signal detection circuit 11 and a noise detecting circuit 12 and a station detector circuit 6 are connected with a control circuit 7. This device is provided with a microcomputer 8, incorporating a memory 8a in which initial set data or the like are stored, and when it is detected that any antenna is not connected by the signal detecting circuit 11 or the noise detecting circuit 12 or the station detecting circuit 6, occurrence of abnormality is displayed at a display 9.
