PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of data access and to simplify a program by generating a data table of unique keys permitting direct access to data that an application requires on a database. SOLUTION: A database management system 5 controls and accesses the database 4 stored with data. A stored procedure executing means 6 executes a stored procedure registered in the database management system 5 and generates the data table of unique keys defined in the stored procedure. A database access request means 7 requests the database management system 5 to access the database 4 by using the data table of unique keys as the execution result of the stored procedure executing means 6 and receives the request result from the database management system 5.
