SOLUTION: The portable player is provided with a data storage part 3 consisting of a rewritable non-volatile memory and capable of storing received audio data and accompanied data, a display device 13 for displaying the accompanied data, a display program storage part 2 consisting of a rewritable non- volatile memory and capable of storing a display program for displaying the accompanying data on the display device 13, and a display execution part 4 for displaying the accompanied data stored in the storage part 3 on the display device 13 in accordance with the display program stored in the storage part 2. The storage part 2 stores the received display program.
