PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of controlling migration particle concentration in display blocks to an arbitrary value and has partition wall structures having excellent flexibility and a process for producing the display device. SOLUTION: This display device is constituted by using a porous member 18 having many pores having smaller pore size than pore size of electrified migration particles 17 in forming at least part of the display blocks S which are formed between a pair of substrates and into which electrified migration particles 17 and a dispersion medium 19 for migration are sealed. The dispersion medium 19 is penetrated through the porous member 18 and is injected into the display blocks. The porous member having flexibility is used as the porous member 18.
