PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotational unevenness caused by off-center at a driving transmitting part by aligning an output shaft and an input shaft and transmitting driving. SOLUTION: The driving of a motor or the like is transmitted to the output shaft 1 and an output side coupling 4 through a gear 32 and a gear 2, and is also transmitted from an input side coupling 14 and the input shaft 11 to a gear 12 and a gear 22, so that the driving is transmitted from the gear 22 to a member to be driven. Then, an output part 10 and an input part 20 are rocked by having transmission shafts 31 and 21 as the center of rotation with respect to a main body frame body 37 and a unit frame body 27, so that they have one degree of freedom on a plane respectively perpendicular to the output shaft 1 and the input shaft 11. Then, in the case that the off-center between the output shaft 1 and the input shaft 11 is caused, the output side coupling 4 is naturally engaged with a positioning wall part 14c because a positioning wall part 4c is guided by a guide part 14d at the time of being in the driving transmitting state(the gear 2 and the gear 12 are rocked by them), so that the output side coupling 4 and the input side coupling 14 are aligned.
