PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided image forming method, an image forming device and a paper feeding control method by which productivity per unit time is improved by carrying out reading of an original and image forming to transfer paper at the same time when images are formed on both sides of the transfer paper with the image forming device of a digital method utilizing memory. SOLUTION: In this double-sided image forming method, read data of the original is stored in the memory, a toner image is formed on an image carrier by reading out from the memory and this toner is transferred to both sides of the transfer paper. In this case, a page before a final page of the original that is a side that is provided with 1 page less than twice the amount of the number of pieces of paper circulated inside the machine reading completion timing is predicted (S2B), feeding of a 1st piece of transfer paper is started from a paper feeding means to a transfer part (S4B, S5) so that image formation starting timing of a circulated last piece of paper where the formation of the toner image is started on the 1st side of the circulated last piece of paper is later than the before mentioned page before a final page reading completion timing (S3B). |
