SOLUTION: When an electronic circuit is constructed by automatically selecting semiconductor elements within a block sequentially using a computer such that the electronic circuit can meet various needs of users, the computer automatically combines size-adjustable semiconductor elements based on various information about, for example, the adjustable range of each size-adjustable semiconductor element.
