PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the torque strength of a bolt terminal of a lead acid battery by reinforcing the fixation of a bolt terminal-core consolidated object to the seat. SOLUTION: A bolt terminal 1 of a lead acid battery is structured so that a screw-form circular column part 10 is formed at the periphery of its upper part and a prism part 7 having a minimum width at least greater than the diameter of the circular column part 7 is formed at the bottom. The core 2 is provided with a hole 4 having a cylindrical upper part, penetrating from the oversurface to the bottom and furnished with internal threads, and is equipped in the lower part with a dint 8 for installation of the prism part smaller than the outside diameter of the upper part and greater than the maximum diameter of the prism part, and also at the side face with a passage for lead in the form of a notch 9 or through hole 6. The passage is filled with the lead of the seat 3, and the bolt terminal 1, core 2 and seat 3 are consolidated.
