PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily apply a normal metal-machining method by including the curing body of an inorganic fiber and water-curing inorganic substance in one portion of a porous inorganic structure in a metal-ceramics complex, where metal made mainly of aluminum is dipped. SOLUTION: A forming body is heated in an atmosphere as a porous silicon carbide structure. In the silicon carbide porous body, holes are punched at four corners, various slurries containing a water-curing inorganic substance and an inorganic fiber are filled in the porous body before drying, thus curing the water-curing inorganic substance. Then, various silicon carbide porous bodies are heated in advance in an electrical oven. Then, after they are installed into a preheated press mold, a molten metal of Al-12Si is made to flow into the press mold and is pressed, alloy is impregnated into the silicon carbide porous body, thus forming a silicon carbide complex. As a result, since the complex has a part that can be easily processed, a through-hole or the like can be made with a high shape accuracy by machining the part.
|
