METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ISSUING AND PROCESSING CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system which processes or issues a card including machine-readable information. SOLUTION: This system is housed by a terminal machine T including an insertion port receiving a card C from a user. Both a hopper and the insertion port are continuous with a card flip device in the form of one piece of execution, receive the card C and turn the card C or advance the card C to either a card printing module or a card printing module. The card flip device turns by 180 deg., and the both sides of the card C are printed by the printing module or processed by a card reading/writing module. The system receives a personal recognition number inputted directly by the user and generates a corresponding offset to be stored on the card C or a coded input in the form of another piece of execution.
