PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small transmission/reception integrated circuit where a transmission modulation circuit and a reception mixer circuit are integrated by making common a matching circuit for a carrier and a local oscillation wave. SOLUTION: A carrier or a local oscillation wave inputted to an input terminal 21 is impedance-converted in a matching circuit 22. Dual gate FET 11 inputs the carrier through the matching circuit 22 to a first gate G1 and inputs a base band signal from a base band signal input terminal 6 to a second gate G2. A high frequency signal obtained by mixing them is outputted from a high frequency signal output terminal 7. Dual gate FET 13 inputs the high frequency signal from a high frequency signal output terminal 8 to the first gate G1 and inputs a local oscillation wave through a matching circuit 22 to the second gate G2. An intermediate frequency signal obtained by mixing them is outputted from an intermediate frequency signal output terminal 9.
