PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structure image forming device using an electrifying roller. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with the electrifying roller press-contacting with the outside circumference of a photoreceptor 1 and electrifying the photoreceptor 1. Then, the (a-Si) photoreceptor 1 is used as the photoreceptor and the dense single-layer roller 8C obtained by hardening the surface part of a conductive elastic body filled with conductive fine powder while the chain of the conductive fine powder is cut off by a thermosetting low molecular weight compound is used as the electrifying roller.
