PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device capable of restraining malfunctions and the formation of an uneven image due to scattered toner and eliminating the exchanging work of an air filter by a user. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a drum cartridge 5 provided with a rotatable image carrier, a developing cartridge provided with a rotatable developer carrier and developer, a ventilating fan 75 for discharging air inside the device to the outside of the device, and an exhaust path leading to the fan 75 from the vicinity of the most proximate part of the image carrier and the developer carrier. In the device, the exhaust path passes via the inside of the cartridge 5, and further the device is provided with a scattered toner recovery part 8 equipped with an air filter 9 at one part of the exhaust path inside the cartridge 5. |
