PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change notice method by which an order accepting side easily grasps change contents and easily performs purchase management. SOLUTION: In the order change notice method, field data on each item used for an order is recorded, data obtained by changing field data of the item and a change data are recorded when the order is changed and change notice data is generated based on an instruction. When change notice data generation is instructed, a change notice complication processing part 1C extracts field data on each of the items at the time of generating the latest notice and changed field data recorded after the latest notice generation date based on the latest notice generation date of the notice generation data which is recorded at the time of generating the notice of the new order or the change, generates change notice data based on changed field data and field data of each of the items at the time of generating the latest notice and records the new notice generation date. |
