PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission equipment for transmitting an EPG for a video/voice and an EPG for data broadcasting related with this. SOLUTION: This data transmission equipment is provided with a shared EPG data base 105 in which a program guide of video data and voice data is written by an EPG editing device 104 and the program guide of data broadcasting is written by a data broadcasting transmitting device 107 and a digital multiplexing device 103 which inputs and multiplexes the video data and voice data from a video/voice distributing device 101 and the broadcast data from the data broadcasting transmitting device 107 and the program guide of the video data and voice data and the program guide of the data broadcasting from the shared PEG data base 105.
