PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power storage system as a whole in cost by connecting electrical signal transmitting circuits operating by voltages of two power storage elements in cascade, and transmitting electrical signals in a voltage direction in a relay system manner. SOLUTION: Individual electrical signal transmitting circuits Tn each needs a power source similar to a logic circuit, and powers are supplied to the circuits Tn from individual power storage elements Bn. A common terminal with a system control circuit S0 becomes common to the electrical signal transmitting circuit T1 nearest a ground potential and a power storage element control circuit C1. A signal line is not formed to constitute a closed circuit between the circuit S0 but turns into a one-way wiring for propagating a logic signal. Thus, the signal is propagated from the circuit Tn to an electrical signal transmitting circuit Tn+1 and transmitted to the electrical signal transmitting circuit having higher voltage. The voltage of a circuit Tn+1 is transmitted from an output terminal An+1 to a power storage element control circuit Cn+1 through an input terminal Jn+1 and is used as a control signal.
