PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector which can suppress leakage of an electromagnetic wave from between a socket cylinder and a main reflection mirror. SOLUTION: A metallic socket cylinder 3 houses a lamp socket 2 mounted a lamp 1. A projector is provided with a metallic main reflection mirror 4 whose front and each surfaces detachably mounted on an opening of a front face side of the socket cylinder 3 are opened and which is provided to surround the circumference of the lamp 1, a glass plate 5 that is fitted at an inner circumference of an opening of a front face side of the main reflection mirror 4, metallic net 6 that is interposed and set between the glass plate 5 and the main reflection mirror 4, an auxiliary reflection mirror 7 fitted in the socket cylinder 3 and is provided to surround a base of the lamp 1, and a metallic spring 8 that is interposed between an opening of a rear face side of the main reflection mirror 4 and the circumference part of the auxiliary reflection mirror 7 when the main reflection mirror 4 is set to the socket cylinder 3. The socket cylinder 3 and the main reflection mirror 4 are conducted via the auxiliary reflection mirror 7 and the metallic spring 8.
