SOLUTION: An in-vehicle LAN 4 connected to an in-vehicle office unit 3 is connected to an electric power line use plug 6 by an electric power line/ LAN router 5. Electric power lines are interconnected by plugging in the vehicle side electric power line use plug 6 to a parking lot side electric power line receptacle 7, and the parking lot side electric power line receptacle 7 is connected to a parking lot side electric power line/LAN router 8. The parking lot side electric power line/LAN router 8 is connected to a parking lot side LAN 9, and the parking lot side LAN 9 is connected to a common use office unit 10 and an Internet server 11.
