摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue safe operation by avoiding main turbine trip and reactor scram due to large water level rise in the case of trip of internal pump and suppressing water level rise. SOLUTION: In a steam generating plant having internal pumps as recirculation pump of reactor, provided with a supply water controller operating supply water flowrate control signal S5 from a reactor water level signal S1, a main steam flowrate signal S2, a supply water control signal S3 and a reactor water level set value S4 and controlling supply water flowrate to the reactor, a correction signal producing means 26 provided with a primary delay circuit produces a correction signal for reducing supply water flowrate based on the deviation of core flowrate signal 21 and the output signal of the primary delay circuit when an internal pump tripped S11. It is added to the supply water flowrate signal S5 to be a signal S7 which is given to controllers 24 and 25 of the supply water flowrate and the flowrate is reduced prior to the water level rise in the reactor.
