PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead frame for QON(quad outline non-lead) together with its manufacturing method which is excellent in bending/molding precision at bending a lead frame. SOLUTION: A lead frame comprising at least an inner lead 11a, island 12, outer lead 11b, suspension lead 13, and dam bar 14 is manufactured by a known method (photo-etching method or press work method). In a first press- molding, a flexure D, flexure E, notch 15a, and notch 15b are formed at the lead frame using a molding die, with 60-80% of total bending work amount performed. Further, at a second press-molding, a pouch 16 is formed and flexure is performed to form a final shape, providing a lead frame 10 for QON.
