PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a decorative panel to be easily mounted on or dismounted from a casing body and improved in workability by a method wherein a magnet is provided on either the surface of a casing which confronts the decorative panel or the backside of the decorative panel, and a member which is attracted to a magnet is provided to the other surface. SOLUTION: A magnet sheet 6 of continuous length is laminated on the backside of a nearly rectangular decorative panel 3, and a flat metal plate 7 of continuous length is laminated on the trapezoidal top surface of a casing (cover) 2. The magnet sheet 6 and the metal plate 7 are provided at positions so as to confront each other, and a magnetic force high in intensity enough to hold the decorative panel 3 is produced between the magnet sheet 6 and the metal plate 7 in a state such that the decorative panel 3 is mounted on the cover 2. Furthermore, an opening is provided near one of the peripheral edges of the decorative panel 3, and a rotary-type handle 8 or a nearly semicircular frame-like member is mounted there. The handle 8 is fixed rotatably to the decorative panel 3 by a rotary shaft 9, and the decorative panel 3 can be dismounted from the cover 2 by pulling the frame-like member toward you.
