PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device of anomaly of a structure which can be manufactured and fitted by a simple constitution and at low cost and dispenses actually with maintenance and which enables detection of the anomaly by making inspection when it is needed and enables discovery of the anomaly by detecting breakdown mechanically when it occurs. SOLUTION: Structural materials 8 and 9 of a structure are connected to each other through the intermediary of a rodlike detecting sensor 3 having a notch 14 formed circumaferentially and a wire 4. In this case, the device has the rodlike detecting sensor 3 having the notch 14 formed circumferentially and also being fixed to the first structural material (support member 9), the wire 4 one end part of which is fixed to the detecting sensor 3 and the other end part of which is fixed to the second structure material (base 8), a conductor 5 wired along the axial direction of the detecting sensor 3, and a detecting circuit 7 which can detect disconnection of the conductor 5.
