PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the voltage of an LSI incorporating a receiver amplifier without requiring large input dynamic range to the receiver amplifier by using a receiver amplifier with which a balance net is connected as an analog adder, and to reduce component cost and mounting areas by constituting the balance net, without having to use inductance as necessary, and to simplify integration on a semiconductor substrate, and to improve low-pass echo reducing characteristics by operating low-pass phase correction by the first high-pass filter, and to validly use a signal band. SOLUTION: A balance net 6C is arranged at the analog front/end part of a transceiver in a differential constitution. Then, a balance net 6C, an input resistance R32, and a feedback resistance R41 are respectively connected with the negative input terminals of receiver amplifiers 7A and 8A, and the other end of the feedback resistance R41 is connected with an output terminal, and a positive input terminal is grounded.
