PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable a reproducing signal from being copied without requiring information for synchronizing scramble information with key information. SOLUTION: A TS(transport stream), which is scramble-processed by two kinds of key information alternately switched every ten seconds, is recorded in TS recording part 1 on a recording medium. The above-mentioned key information is recorded in a key information recording part 2. The TS recording part 1 and the key information recording part 2 are recorded in the regions of different data blocks. For the period from 300 tracks before the reproducing period of the scramble-processed reproduced TS up to 300 tracks after the reproducing period, since the key information on the reproduced TS can be inputted to a decoding circuit, the scramble-processed reproduced TS is not synchronized with the key information, and even if there is some phase shift in-between, since the same key information as that used at the time of recording is inputted to the decoding circuit when the reproduced TS is inputted to the decoding circuit, normal de-scramble processing is possible. |
