PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device of a keyboard instrument which is capable of easily mounting a fulcrum member for supporting a hammer or keyboard while absorbing the variation in its dimensions without clattering of a chassis, thereby making it possible prevent the generation of noise at the time of a key touch and reducing a material cost and assembly cost. SOLUTION: This supporting device is the supporting device for the keyboard instrument which turnably supports either of the keyboard 2 and the hammer 3 via a supporting member 5 mounted at the chassis 1 to the chassis 1. Mounting holes 14 and 15 having prescribed dimensions are formed at the chassis 1. The supporting member 5 has engaging projecting parts 7 and 8 mounted by engaging the mounting holes 14 and 15 and the engaging surfaces of the engaging projecting parts 7 and 8 with the mounting holes 14 and 15 are provided with projections 21 to 23 for crushing which fill the clearances with the engaging surfaces of the mounting holes 14 and 15 by crushing the projections when the engaging projecting parts 7 and 8 are engaged with the mounting holes 14 and 15.
