PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy surfaced board in which part cost can be reduced and mandays on assembly are decreased when an unused slot in an opening is closed. SOLUTION: The dummy surface board 21 closing the desired region of an opening 3 to a box body 1 with an opening section 3 for inserting a printed board 2 and frame sections 7, 8, to which notched sections 9, 11 being formed to the opening 3, oppositely arranged in response to both side edges of the printed board 2 and supporting both side edges are formed, is formed in constitution with both ends. One end is supported to a frame section 7 in a forward- retreating movable manner and in a manner that one end is not slid and moved, and both ends correspond to oppositely arranged frames. Latch heads 34 are urged in the direction projected from the end 7 and supported slidably and movably along the dummy surface board 21 between an engaging position engaged with the frame section 7 and an engaging releasing position releasing engagement with the frame section.
