PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireplace apparatus also serving as a foot warmer and its mounting structure capable of hearing a lower half body and hence comfortably taking foods even upon the use of the fireplace in order to eat grilled meat for example when it is cold as in winter. SOLUTION: An apparatus is adapted such that legs 23 each having a predetermined length are provided at four corners to form a space section 71 blow a table 22. There are provided a legged table 15 having an opening portion 70 at the center of the table 22, a fireplace 13 in which heat sources 11, 12 can be disposed centrally inwardly with its surrounding and bottom comprising a non-combustible and strong material and which is accommodated in the opening portion 70 in the legged table 15, a heat insulation cover 29 which is disposed around the table 22 and comprises bedding or blanket for covering the space section 71, and a burn prevention member 26 for covering at least a bottom of the fireplace 13 from the lower side.
