Plant has air exchanger (1) used as air-cooled condenser in air conditioning system, or as evaporator in heat pump system. Air goes in through inlet (E), goes into impervious tank (4), buried on 3/4 of its size, and goes through exchanger. Air finally goes through fan where it is ejected outside (S) through protective grid (9). Cover (5) covers plant so as to guide air flux, and absorb noises from compressor (2) and fan (3).
