<p>The invention relates to a powder paint binder composition comprising a carboxyl functional polyester and a compound containing hydroxyalkylamide units. The polyester is an amorphous aromatic polyester with (cyclo) aliphatic end groups. The end groups are based on, for instance, cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid (CHDA), adipic acid, succinic acid, tetrahydrophtalic acid, hexahydrophtahalic acid, decane dicarboxylic acid, azelaic acid and/or their anhydrides.</p> |
