A Vehicle steering system (3) for wheel assemblies comprises a double-ended hydraulic cylinder (5) mounted to the main frame (7), a piston rod (9) mounted for sliding movement in the cylinder, a pair of tie rods, each tie rod (11) being coupled at an inner end to the piston rod and at an outer end to one of the wheel assemblies (13, 15) so as to provide differential steering movement of the wheel assemblies as the piston rod is moved in the cylinder. |
