The invention concerns a cosmetic composition for coating keratinous fibres comprising a cationic polymer, an anionic polymer and an aqueous polyurethane dispersion. The invention also concerns a method for coating keratinous fibres which consists in applying the composition on the keratinous fibres. The composition quickly produces a homogeneous make-up, having suitable coating properties, lengthening and curling the eyelashes, and good stability. |
