The toner for static charge image development, contains a resin (for fixing) containing vinyl group copolymer which is polymerized in the presence of polyethylene wax. The polyethylene wax is a low polymer of polyethylene (which is processed at low pressure). An Independent claim is also included for image forming apparatus which consists of an image developing device (7) which develops the static charge latent image formed in a light sensitive drum (4) using the toner, and a transfer device (11) to transfer the toner image from the drum to a recording medium, and a fixing device (13) to fix the transferred toner image on the recording medium.
