The system includes a portable camera for capturing live audiovisual information, a digital encoder for encoding captured audiovisual information into a compressed audiovisual signal, a terminal antenna for tracking the communications satellites to determine their locations and to transmit the compressed audiovisual signal to the communications satellites in real time, and a computer for different editing and signal processing purpos es.</p> |
