PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized vacuum circuit breaker by improving a cooling effect of a vacuum valve. SOLUTION: A three phase component vacuum valve 1 is integrally incorporated inside an insulated frame 8 by molding. An outer periphery insulation part 12a of an outer periphery of the vacuum valve 1, insulated joint parts 12 above and below thereof, and a barrier protruding in a flange shape from these insulated joint parts 12 are formed on the insulated frame 8. A pair of radiation fins 10A are fixed on both of a fixed side current-carrying shaft 3A and a movable current-carrying shaft 3B protruding from the vacuum valve 1. The vacuum valve 1 is cooled by these radiation fins 10A for providing miniaturization of a vacuum circuit breaker.
